As a Heavy Lift Operations Manager at Ørsted, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of major component exchanges across all wind farms in Europe.
You will be responsible for coordinating and planning offshore resources and logistics, including people, tools, and spare parts. Your strong leadership skills and experience in supervising teams will enable you to lead by example and deliver a strong QHSE culture and behaviours.
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to your base salary, you can also expect a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in jack-up vessel operations, heavy lifting, and main component exchange, as well as great experience with supervising and leading teams. You will also possess full in-date GWO certifications and Offshore Medical requirements, with HUET being an advantage. A strong working knowledge of SAP management systems is also essential.
