Security Operations Manager

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering security services at high-profile sites. This includes supervising up to 6 security officers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving operational excellence through sustainability and innovation.
This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationships, commercial, supplier management, and people management skills. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering strategy, experience in managing facilities teams, and expert knowledge of managing in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of security officers
- Develop and implement operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Drive operational excellence through sustainability and innovation
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., security management)
