We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team at Apleona. This is a critical customer-facing role that requires exceptional leadership and management skills. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of up to 6 security officers, ensuring exceptional standards of safety and security.

In this role, you will produce, implement, and manage operational procedures and processes in line with contract and regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for driving operational improvements through sustainability, innovation, and best practice, achieving performance targets and business objectives within budget.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Security Manager or similar role, with excellent leadership and management skills. They will also possess a flexible approach, able to work under pressure and maintain effective service provision.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, access to Apleona employee benefits, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to manage change quickly and efficiently while maintaining effective service provision
  • Flexible approach and ability to work under pressure
  • Frontline SIA badge for manned guarding
  • Demonstrate at least 3 years experience of working in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to produce detailed reports, investigations, and action plans
