Neonatal Nursing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled Neonatal Nurses to join our expanding team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. As a Neonatal Nursing Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience at senior staff nurse level within neonatal nursing and possess strong clinical skills in managing neonatal conditions. You should also be able to make sound clinical decisions and demonstrate ability to assume a lead clinical role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care to critically ill newborns
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective care plans
  • Assume a lead clinical role in neonatal units

Requirements:

  • Registered Children's Nurse, Registered Nurse, or Registered Midwife qualification
  • Specialty qualification in neonatal nursing
  • Teaching and assessing qualification

Employment Details:

University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust offers a competitive salary range of £31,800 - £41,104 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous holiday allowance and benefits package.
