Job Description

This role involves working as a Support Worker, playing a crucial part in helping individuals live independently, manage their mental health, and achieve their personal objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Providing Person-Centered Support: Empowering clients to manage their mental health, build resilience, and establish effective self-care routines.
  • Promoting Social Inclusion: Facilitating community involvement and social opportunities to reduce isolation and foster meaningful connections.
  • Collaborating with Healthcare Professionals: Working alongside psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other support staff to create and implement personalized care plans.
