About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented project engineer to work with a reputable client on various projects across the country. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for liaising with commercial, technical, and operational management to develop contract lists, preparing programmes, method statements, and risk assessments, as well as procuring labour, materials, and subcontractors while minimizing waste and costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with commercial, technical, and operational management to develop contract lists.
  • Prepare programmes, method statements, and risk assessments.
  • Procure labour, materials, and subcontractors ensuring waste and costs are minimised.
  • Manage and supervise staff and subcontractors.
  • Maintain project administration files and costs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a project engineer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of key operational management disciplines (e.g. quality control, work planning methods, health and safety).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Valid UK driver's licence.
