Starbucks Shift Manager

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Retail Team Leader to join our team as a Shift Supervisor in our Cambridge store. In this role, you will lead a team of retail staff, manage daily store operations, and ensure that our high standards of customer service are consistently met.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including maintaining accurate records, managing stock levels and visual merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. A salary of £12,750 per annum is offered, plus quarterly bonus incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of retail staff
- Maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance
- Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives
- Manage stock levels, inventory and visual merchandising
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
