We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, supervising colleagues, and maintaining a clean store environment. Key Responsibilities
As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising Colleagues: You will be responsible for delegating tasks, motivating colleagues, and ensuring timely completion of duties.
- Customer Service: You will promote a welcoming team environment, ensuring excellent customer service and up-selling products.
- Stock Control: You will assist the Store Manager with stock control, ordering, banking, and administration, while keeping accurate records of stock and wastage.
- Food Preparation: You will actively participate in food preparation, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies, and maintaining clean waste storage.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Hospitality or Retail Experience: You should have experience working in a hospitality or retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership Skills: You should be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals and objectives.
