About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Team Leader to join our Cambridge store as a Shift Supervisor. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail staff, managing daily store operations and ensuring that our high standards of customer service are consistently met. You will also support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives, including maintaining accurate records, managing stock levels and visual merchandising, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Our stores operate extended hours, including weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. A salary of £12,750 per annum is offered, plus quarterly bonus incentives.
