We are currently seeking a Cambridge Store Director to lead our sales team in our Cambridge store.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Store Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also be involved in stock management, visual merchandising, and contributing to the overall performance of the store.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior leadership role with a successful retail company like Oliver Bonas.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership or management role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
