We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Cambridge store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team to achieve sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective merchandising and visual displays, as well as motivating and developing the store team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results and leading a team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
