Your Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in delivering this vision, leading a team of baristas and shift leaders to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will be responsible for managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.

  • Drive sales growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service
  • Manage inventory levels effectively, minimizing waste and excess stock
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures
