As a non-profit membership-driven organization, International Working Holidays Company supports New England-based and France-based companies to grow their business through networking and learning opportunities. The company focuses on providing valuable services to entrepreneurs and individuals looking to expand their business globally.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Services Co-ordinator to join our team for 6–12 months in an unpaid position. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain international experience, develop your skills, and make connections with professionals from various backgrounds.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Project and event management, including PowerPoint creation, event website updates, communications, and speaker panel organization.
- Business organization and development tasks.
- Event creation, promotion, and execution.
- Business promotion and learning assistance.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold an undergraduate degree.
- Be bilingual in French and English.
- Have experience in project/event management, business development, and marketing.
Eligibility
Please note that living in New Zealand or Australia with eligibility for a US J1 Visa is required. Additionally, a sponsored visa, flight assistance to and from the USA, and a clean Criminal Record for the visa are also essential.
