Job Overview

At Starbucks, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality products.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in leading teams and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for managing a team of baristas and shift leaders, providing guidance and coaching to ensure that they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and manage a team of baristas and shift leaders to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock control, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • To develop and implement plans to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • To identify and address any issues or concerns within the store, working closely with the store manager to resolve them.
