Job Title: Part-Time Manager/3rd Key Holder Opportunity

Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $62,000 per year.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for supporting the achievement of retail store targets and contributing to the overall success of our business.

About the Role:
  • Drive sales and achieve retail store targets with the support of your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Open and close the store in the absence of other management and ensure it trades safely and legally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions efficiently.
  2. Provide expert product knowledge and answer customer queries effectively.
  3. Operate the POS system accurately and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • Some high school education required.
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate POS system.
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
