We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our team at Starbucks. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, leading a team of colleagues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a role model and lead by example in maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
- Maintain accurate records of stock and wastage, and participate in inventory management tasks.
- Assist with training and development of colleagues, and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Promote excellent customer service, up-sell products, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Competitive salary: £12.75 per hour
