Electric Car Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team at Octopus Energy, a pioneering company in the electric vehicle industry. As an Electric Car Leasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering our mission to make zero-carbon driving seamless for individuals and businesses.

About the Role

This customer-facing position will focus on managing customer journeys from contracting to car delivery and beyond, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to identify areas for improvement and propose changes to our service processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer journeys from contracting to car delivery and after, escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team and other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of our current service processes and propose improvements based on prior experience.
  • Contribute to growth planning and help shape the future of our customer interactions.
