This role is part of our Customer Operations team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll work closely with colleagues to ensure our customers receive the best experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer journeys from contracting to car delivery and beyond, escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team and other departments to identify areas for improvement and propose changes.
  • Help plan for growth in terms of customers and the team, and contribute to shaping our customer interaction processes.
