About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless customer interactions and experiences.
- Manage customer journeys from contracting to car delivery and beyond, escalating issues as needed.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current service processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to plan for growth and develop strategies to meet increasing customer demands.
