About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Smart Tech Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey, from initial enquiry to installation. You'll work closely with our survey and installation teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers throughout their journey
  • Work closely with our survey and installation teams to ensure a smooth installation process
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Use multiple systems and tools to manage customer interactions and ensure timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements

What You'll Need

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the energy or technology sector
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
