**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our Operations Function, you will play a crucial role in driving the customers to Churchill Square by excellent marketing and creating an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Plan and execute marketing events and campaigns to promote Churchill Square
  • Manage the customer experience journey for Churchill Square, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences before, during, and after the visit
  • Define commercial goals, marketing strategy, and budgeting process to drive brand awareness and loyalty
  • Work with the commercial calendar to drive commercial performance and brand value of the Meeting Places

**Requirements**

  • Experience in marketing and customer experience, with a focus on driving engagement and loyalty
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to lead in a changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in problem-solving and conflict-management
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or communication
