About the Role:

Motorway is revolutionizing the car-buying and selling experience, and we're seeking a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our users.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and managing processes to ensure a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Manage processes, including updating CRM systems and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, using initiative and resourcefulness to find the best solutions.
  • Embrace a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop skills, taking advantage of training and support to become an expert in your field.
