Special Needs Care Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Special Needs Care Coordinator to join our team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of children with special needs, working closely with healthcare professionals, teachers, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing and experience of working with children with special needs. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the ability to think critically and solve problems creatively. We offer a competitive salary of around £32,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as opportunities for professional development and a supportive working environment.
Key qualifications include a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or equivalent qualification, with a willingness to undertake further training. Experience of clinical skills, inter-agency working, and evidence of key nursing skills at Undergrad/Postgrad level are also essential.
