We Support LTD is an established Supported Living provider across Cheshire and Trafford, dedicated to supporting young adults with learning disabilities using a Positive Behaviour Support Approach.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills
- Create and implement individualized support plans based on the needs and goals of each individual
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in care provision
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
- FULL UK Driving Licence (required)
Working Hours:
The successful candidate will work on a permanent variable hour's contract with a minimum of 30 hours per week. The salary for this role is £27,000.00 per year, paid at £12.00 per hour.
