Critical Care Recovery Lead

Service Care Solutions Ltd is a leading provider of private drug and alcohol recovery services, operating from a state-of-the-art detox centre. We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to join our team on a permanent basis.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our assessment and admissions team to ensure the suitability of individuals for treatment. This will involve supporting the Head of Clinical Care in operationalising the clinical team's strategic plan, deputising in their absence, and providing induction training to new staff members.
Key Responsibilities- To work collaboratively with the assessment and admissions team to assess suitability for treatment
- Support the Head of Clinical Care in developing and implementing the clinical team's strategic plan
- Deputise for the Head of Clinical Care as required
- Provide induction training to new nurses and the clinical wellbeing team
- Work with the Head of Clinical Care to define and refine processes and systems
- Support guests in completing risk assessments and care plans in a person-centred approach
- Deliver care in an equality, diversity, and dignified manner
- Ensure safeguarding concerns are documented and liaise with the head nurse and registered manager
- Implement risk assessments and care plans to meet guests' needs
- Observe and respond to guest behaviours, which may include relapse, self-harm, or medical emergencies
- Experience in managing wellbeing guides and allocating clinical tasks
- At least 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- A compassionate leader with experience in a management role (equivalent to band 6 or above)
- Experience in writing and managing care plans
- Experience of working in a growing business
