About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Winsford. As a Care Assistant, you will be providing support for females with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism.
Key Responsibilities
- Helping with the challenges of everyday life such as dressing, washing, and cooking.
- Participating in activities/hobbies, trips out to the cinema or going on holiday.
- Encouraging our people to live an independent life within their own home and the local community.
- Administering medication as required.
- Completing daily care plans.
- Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met and protecting the adults' rights to live safely and free from abuse or neglect.
