Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our Treatment and Recovery Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of multidisciplinary staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and AFG policies and procedures
- Develop and implement clinical standards and guidelines
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective service delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve practice, operational, and organisational objectives
- 4-5 years post-registration experience in a clinical environment
- Experience of managing teams of multidisciplinary staff
- Accountability for managing a budget
- Experience of achieving clinical excellence
- Experience of setting and achieving clinical standards
