Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our Treatment and Recovery Centre in Winsford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of multidisciplinary staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of multidisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including commissioners and regulators, to ensure effective service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service users, families, and carers to ensure person-centred care.
- 4-5 years post-registration experience in a clinical environment.
- Experience of managing teams of multidisciplinary staff.
- Accountability for managing a budget.
- Experience of achieving clinical excellence.
- Experience of setting and achieving clinical standards.
