We Support LTD is a leading provider of Supported Living services across Cheshire and Trafford, dedicated to empowering young adults with learning disabilities. As a Support Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering 24-hour support services, fostering strong relationships with our clients and their families.

Our Support Care Specialists work at one location, focusing on providing personalized care and assistance to individuals with complex needs. We are committed to promoting independence, dignity, and well-being in all aspects of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans based on the needs and goals of each client
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the well-being of our clients

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in providing care
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Ability to commute to Winsford, Cheshire CW7

Salary: £27,000 per annum (£12.00 per hour), with opportunities for career progression and professional development. Estimated average working hours: 30-35 per week.
