Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and assistance to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assisting with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with mobility issues by assisting them with walking, transferring, and positioning
  • Administering medication and providing medical support as required
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Running errands and providing transportation to appointments
Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license with access to a reliable vehicle
  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic towards clients

As a Care Support Specialist, you will be working within a flexible schedule, with various shift patterns available to suit your lifestyle. This includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We offer a competitive salary range of £8.72-£9.18 per hour, depending on experience.
