About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team at We Support LTD, providing essential care and support services to individuals with learning disabilities in Cheshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining independent living skills.
  • Create and implement individualized support plans based on the needs and goals of each individual.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the well-being of the individuals.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in providing care.
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred).
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required).
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £27,000 per annum.
  • A permanent variable hours contract with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Alternative weekends and some sleep ins required.
