About the Job

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £27,000.00 per year, with an hourly rate of £12.00, and average working hours ranging from 30 to 35 per week. The role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of individuals, as well as excellent communication skills and empathy for those with disabilities or special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills, creating and implementing individualized support plans based on their needs and goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, patience, and understanding in challenging situations, as well as knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field. A full UK driving licence is required, and the ability to commute to Winsford, Cheshire CW7 is essential.
