About the Role
The successful candidate will work as part of a Female Team of Support Workers to provide 24-hour support to young adults with complex needs. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
As a Support Assistant, you will be required to work collaboratively with the team to promote a safe and inclusive environment for all service users. You will also be responsible for recording and communicating important information to ensure seamless care delivery.
