About the Position:

We are recruiting for two experienced Support Workers to work in our service in Winsford. This role involves providing support for females with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as dressing, washing, and cooking
  • Participating in activities, hobbies, and outings
  • Encouraging independence within own home and local community
  • Administering medication as required
  • Completing daily care plans
  • Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met
