As a Night Senior Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care assistants in delivering person-centered care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in elder care or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £13.45 - £30,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Location: Flint, Flintshire, Wales
