At We Support LTD, we are currently seeking two dedicated and compassionate individuals to fill full-time permanent positions as Support Workers in our Supported Living Services based in Winsford and Northwich.

We provide essential support for adults with learning disabilities in various supported living properties across Cheshire West and Greater Manchester, as well as daily outreach support. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing care and assistance to service users, enabling them to live independent and fulfilling lives.

The role involves working from several supported living services in Winsford/Northwich, supporting male & female service users, and collaborating with a small team or on a 1:1 basis. A minimum of 30-48 hours over 3-4 shifts per week, with at least one sleep (on average), is required. The shift pattern will be fixed, allowing employees to know their regular hours in advance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized support and care to service users in accordance with their needs and preferences.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking meals, going shopping, and attending activities like the cinema or bowling.
  • Developing strong relationships with service users and colleagues to create a supportive team environment.

A UK driving license is necessary, and using your own vehicle for business purposes is an advantage. Motability vehicles are also available for most services. The annual salary for this position is £22,000+, based on a hourly rate of £12.00 plus a £50 sleep allowance.
