Care Support Specialist

We are recruiting for experienced Care Support Specialists to join our team at We Support LTD. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults living in supported living properties across Cheshire West and Greater Manchester.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support, ensuring individuals can live happy and meaningful lives. As a member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues and managers to provide daily outreach support, enabling service users to develop valuable life skills and achieve their goals.
About the Role
This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £22,000+ per year, based on £12.00 p/h plus £50 sleep allowance. The role involves working from several supported living services in Winsford/Northwich, supporting male and female service users, and contributing to a small team or on a 1:1 basis.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care and support to service users, promoting independence and empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement person-centered care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each service user.
- Engage in daily activities, such as going shopping, cooking meals, or attending events like the cinema or bowling, to help service users build confidence and develop new skills.
Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training and support are provided to all new team members.
- A caring, compassionate, and dedicated approach to delivering high-quality care and support is essential.
