Female Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team in Winsford, Cheshire. As a key member of our support staff, you will work closely with young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, providing person-centered care and support.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing daily living support to individuals, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Assisting with daily activities, such as household chores and personal hygiene
- Supporting individuals to achieve their goals and maintain independence
The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills and Qualifications- A full clean UK driving license and use of own vehicle with business insurance (essential)
- Demonstrable experience working within a supported living environment
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
