Job Summary:

We are looking for two experienced Support Workers to join our service in Winsford. This role involves providing support for females with mental health issues, learning disabilities, and autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting daily living tasks such as dressing, washing, and cooking
  • Participating in activities, hobbies, and outings
  • Encouraging independence within own home and local community
  • Administering medication as required
  • Completing daily care plans
  • Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are met

Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt to difficult situations
  • A good sense of humour
