About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at We Support LTD. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Supporting individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills.
  • Creating and implementing individualized support plans based on the needs and goals of each individual.
  • Promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals.
Requirements
