Job Summary

We are seeking a committed Child Wellbeing Coordinator to join our 0-19 Starting Well Service in Cheshire West and Chester. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme to improve the wellbeing of children and their families.

The ideal candidate will have excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various agencies to achieve programme goals. Comprehensive training and support will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme
  • Work collaboratively with agencies to improve programme outcomes
  • Develop partnerships to build community capacity and resilience

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum. We encourage applications from Neurodivergent candidates who require assistance with the application process.
