We are seeking an experienced Special Needs Children's Healthcare Professional to join our multidisciplinary team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each child and family. This may involve working in educational settings, community environments, or hospital settings, and requires strong communication and collaboration skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing, preferably with experience in special needs care. You will have excellent assessment and intervention skills, and be able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field would be advantageous, but not essential.
