We are seeking a highly skilled Health Visitor to join our 0-19 Starting Well Service in Cheshire West and Chester. As a key member of our integrated team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Healthy Child Programme to the local population and their families.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Health Visitor to take on a leadership position within our team, providing leadership and expertise in service development, innovation, and public health. You will be responsible for facilitating integrated working, building community capacity, and resilience through partnership working.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in public health, with exceptional knowledge in safeguarding and child protection. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage own caseload and work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
