Care Home Nurse Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Smartcall Healthcare Ltd. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents in one of our care homes, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care, including medications and incidents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
- Contribute to the overall well-being and happiness of residents through active listening, empathy, and compassion.
Requirements
- Active NMC PIN registration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Salary and Location
