Housing Repairs Coordinator

Our client is seeking a skilled Housing Repairs Coordinator to join their team in North London. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing repairs, raising orders, and booking appointments with contractors. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to customer needs are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose repairs accurately and raise orders on IT systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and other departments.
  • Process service requests in line with policy and provide advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of social housing issues.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in responsive repairs and housing management systems.
  • Experience in building maintenance and repairs.

Contract
Initial 3-6 month contract with the opportunity to extend. PAYE via Umbrella. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. As the role is Local Authority based, candidates will be required to complete onboarding and compliance checks prior to starting.
