Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Repair Operations Coordinator to join our team in Camden. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and allocating repairs, ensuring effective and efficient administration surrounding repairs, services, compliance works, and other technical projects.

  1. Plan and schedule repairs, allocating tasks to the in-house team and contractors.
  2. Apply correct schedule of rates codes to standard repairs works orders.
  3. Liaise with residents to arrange appointments, facilitate the completion of works, and resolve complaints.
  4. Track and monitor progress of works to ensure smooth execution.
  5. Maintain all tasks, including raising jobs, requisitions, follow-on works, and sub-contractor works.
  6. Ensure subcontractors complete jobs on time and submit paperwork correctly.
  7. Escalate any issues to the relevant surveyor or Head of Service.
  8. Investigate complaints and respond to customers verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
  1. Essential experience within the housing repairs industry.
  2. Previous repairs planning experience.
  3. Strong Excel knowledge.
