We are seeking an experienced Repair Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance within social housing, working closely with clients, councils, and housing agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative.
  2. Document control - ensuring worksheets are received and checked.
  3. Collaborating with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades to ensure efficient and effective maintenance works.
  4. Tracking and monitoring to completion.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Planner/Scheduler working on a Social Housing contract.
  • Experience using repairs and maintenance software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration.
