Responsibilities:
  • Schedule maintenance and repair tasks for our residential housing tenants, taking into account availability and urgency.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to allocate work, prioritize tasks, and manage workflow.
  • Update our computer system and database with accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules and completion status.
  • Monitor maintenance and repair job progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our tenants, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • Work closely with our management team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies, improving overall efficiency and quality.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
