Daniel Owen Ltd is a leading provider of property maintenance services, and we are looking for a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling routine, essential, and emergency property maintenance works, as well as liaising with clients and operatives.
Responsibilities:- Plan and schedule maintenance works in accordance with client KPIs.
- Liaise with council operatives to ensure timely completion of works.
- Track and monitor maintenance works to completion.
