Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Manager to join our team at Eurostar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Temple Mills International Depot (TMI) Depot Plan, ensuring that maintenance and other activities are included within the depot planning process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining the TMI Standard Week with sign-off from the Maintenance Planner
  • Managing the TMI Interiors planning, workload creation, and monitoring processes and procedures
  • Assisting production managers to consolidate gains in production capacity through planning and KPI updates
  • Ensuring that maintenance and other activities by supporting departments are included within the depot planning process
  • Monitoring and reviewing depot resources and capabilities to meet changing maintenance plan requirements

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of railway operating procedures and maintenance planning and scheduling processes and practices. They will also be able to look for performance opportunities to simplify and streamline the business.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
